Capital Insurance Agency was established in 1996 by Tony Sellitti, a New York native who has been in the insurance industry since 1988. The company has grown from a one-man operation to one of the Top Rated BlueCross BlueShield of North Carolina® (BCBSNC) Agencies in the State. This growth is attributed to Tony's great business sense and his ability to choose eight of the finest agents to join his organization.

Tony is a member of the BlueCross BlueShield of North Carolina ® Hall of Fame and has been chosen to serve as a member of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina ® Agent Advisory Committee.
